Responsible for timely and accurate invoice processing in accordance with the Cash Disbursement Policy. AP is also responsible for reviewing check requests in Readsoft ensuring adequate support for disbursements, maintaining the vendor master file in conjunction with procurement, processing and distributing checks, and responding to vendor inquiries.


• Associates Degree Prefered with 2-years of experiance or High School Diploma/GED with 5 years accounts payable or relevant experience (i.e. office administration or other transactional position)
• Excellent interpersonal/communication skills
• Experience with high volume transaction processing

• SAP/ReadSoft experiance a plus
