Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, one of the world's leading international law firms, seeks to hire a highly qualified associate with law firm experience to join our employment and immigration practice group in the San Francisco office. Please note this is a non-partnership track position.
Our global team of labor, employment, immigration, and benefits lawyers counsels companies on the issues affecting the global workforce. We advise clients on cross-border projects involving employees and workplace laws in North America, Asia, Latin America, Europe, and the Middle East.
Our full-service team helps multinational employers manage their global workforces in line with their global business objectives. We work with employers to manage immigration and global mobility needs as part of a broad spectrum of corporate operational and legal issues.
The ideal candidates should have experience in all aspects of the employment-based immigration process (e.g. H-1B, L-1, PERM), as well as experience preparing, filing, and responding to complex Requests for Evidence. Candidates must possess excellent academic credentials as well as strong organization, writing, and analytical skills. We value collegiality and diversity among our lawyers and seek to make the practice both professionally and personally rewarding. A California bar membership is required. Admission to additional jurisdictions would be beneficial.
