Pharmaceutical Regional Field Coordinator
The Regional Field Coordinator (RFC) is responsible for performance standards of assigned Professional Sales Representatives (PSRs). Manages various aspects of PSR employment experience (recruiting and hiring, performance management and corrective items, administrative, reconciliation and expense management, employee relations related issues). Works closely with Client sales management to support all project goals. Removes barriers to successful achievement of desired results. Recognizes and responds to client's needs.
The RFC is responsible & accountable to ensure that all contract metrics are achieved including but not limited to the following:
Call Plan Adherence
Approved Message Delivery
In-Office HCP Educational Programs and Budgets
The Pharmaceutical RFC should have the following:
Bachelor's degree From Accredited College or University.
1-2 years of prior experience in a pharma sales role (i.e. as a Professional Sales Representative).
3-5 years of pharmaceutical sales management experience.
CSO Management experience.
Project Management experience.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Good knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry.
Excellent people management/supervisory skills; strong ability to develop Sales Representatives, and ability to lead and mentor the team.
Strong process facilitation, problem solving and analytical thinking abilities to make sound business decisions on a day to day basis.
Ability to comprehend and communicate complex technical/medical terminology and to maintain the required technical expertise including competitive product knowledge.
Excellent persuasion/presentation skills.
Demonstrated project management skills.
Strong planning and organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to display high-levels of initiative, effort and commitment successfully complete projects and assignments.
Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast-paced environment.
