Come join us and help shape the future!   WSP is currently initiating a search for a Project Field Coordinator for our Bellingham, WA client-site office.   Duties and Responsibilities:  
  • General field runabout for Capital Engineering on Capital Projects to perform the following non-comprehensive list of items
  • Confined Space Permitting
  • Excavation Permitting
  • Job Hazard Checklist, Job Safety Analysis creation and coordination with suppliers and Intalco Contractor Safety Rep(s)
  • Scope refinement
  • Purchasing Services Company liaison for projects
  • Oracle work order creation for projects
  • Project scheduling support and planning coordinator for outages and liaison between production/maintenance/management/Environmental-Health-&-Safety
  • SmartPlant drawing package prep between contractors and central engineering/document control
  • In-Field coordinator with plant Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and contractors to answer questions or give guidance during construction where central engineers would otherwise be requesting this of said SMEs
  • In-field training coordinator for new systems with production & maintenance
  • In-field commissioning and project close-out support
  • Engineering Kit coordinator

  • Minimum High School Diploma, Associates degree preferred
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a construction coordination or related field
  • Must be very proficient with computers, Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Self-motivated and go-getter personality, highly organized
  • Willing to work early or late as project demands require
  • This job requires work at a desk and in the field, must be ok to work in all weather conditions outdoors
