The Hub provides general billing, administrative, project and function support to all members of the Global Compliance and Legal team and is responsible for complex problem resolution and/or case/project management.
Perform legal billing related tasks and perform activities, including:
* Utilize e-billing tool for invoice and supplier management, including: matters, accruals, VAT tax, exchange rates. * Collaborate with business partners, including Finance AP/Supplier teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues * Collaborate with e-billing support team to resolve issues
Provide general administrative support to the Global Compliance and Legal Department, on tasks such as:
* Meeting planning * Travel coordination * Ordering of supplies * Purchase order and expense creation * Document production
Provide functional support for projects and/or culture initiatives, such as:
* Manage the contract template creation/revision process * Maintenance and uploading of documents to internal document repository and library * Maintain function records retention requirements, procedures and on-site files * New employee on-boarding * Perform special projects as assigned by the management team
The person in this role must be able to interact with the Global Compliance and Legal Department, as well as business external and internal partners at all levels in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, calm, resourceful and efficient.
The nature of work requires high factual/procedural accuracy and dependability in presenting data. Assignments require considerable judgment and initiative. Candidates must be capable of independent action, understand implications of work and make recommendations for solutions and/or other improvements. The sensitive and highly confidential nature of information exchanged requires discretion, diplomacy, confidentiality and tact.
Candidates must also have:
2 plus years of relevant experience
* Strong aptitude for data analysis. * Strong verbal and written communication skills; highly polished and articulate. * Excellent Microsoft Office skills, advanced Excel experience required. * Excellent inter-personal skills and Sense of humor. * Good organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to work in an accurate manner. * Demonstrated ability to work efficiently and to perform tasks simultaneously with minimum supervision in a fast paced environment. * Demonstrated proficiency with processes, procedures, workflows and productivity tools, including software adaption and implementation. * Ability to exercise sound judgment and determine priorities. * Ability to demonstrate innovative thinking in finding solutions. * Demonstrated experience in execution and accountability for project coordination. Willingness to work with changing priorities and take on new projects. * Detail oriented, results driven and customer service focused. * Knowledge and understanding of relevant GAAP and related accounting and financial concepts, is preferred. * Alternative career experiences demonstrating job qualifications and ability to complete job requirements described above may be considered. * Previous law firm experience preferred.

The Legal Operations & Billing Administrative Coordinatorwill play a vital role in providing executive level support to the Global Compliance and Legal department through a shared-services support model.
The Global Compliance and Legal Shared Services model (i.e. Hub) was created to provide a sustainable, scalable, and effective operations, billing and administrative model for the function.
