We are currently seeking engineers, analysts, and specialists to join our team in the designing, building, hardening, and remediation of industrial control systems and the networks to which they are connected.

The cybersecurity specialist for industrial control systems engages in cutting edge cyber security, staying in front of risk and implementing new capabilities.

Job responsibilities include:

  • Advise the client on applying enterprise policy by: conducting risk assessments; guiding the authorization/accreditation process; developing, documenting, and implementing industrial control and cybersecurity strategy, policies, plans, processes, procedures, and specifications; developing concepts of operation and implementing security controls; preparing cyber metrics and developing assessment methods and tools, and conducting cyber assessments, self-tests, and table-top exercises; collecting cyber data, such as network maps, hardware and software data; and ensuring system resiliency
  • Engage in planning and conducting site surveys, preparing survey reports, advising clients on prioritizing security issues, evaluating, designing, and building solutions, and preparing statements of work
  • Monitor the market for changes in Microsoft server and workstation and operating systems, services, and applications, and Microsoft security threat information, and advises the client on both new technology and mitigation to evolving threat

  • 8+ years experience in information or computer systems
  • Knowledge, education, and/or more than 2 or more years experience in application of NIST Cyber Security Framework (CSF) and NIST SP 800-53
  • U.S. citizenship

  • Bachelors degree in information technology, information sciences, math, computer science, or related degrees
  • SCI access with full scope polygraph
  • One or more of cyber security certifications, such as CISSP, GISCP, any CompTIA and/or Cisco cert, CEH/CHFI, NCSF, or CISA
  • Two or more years of cyber security experience
  • Knowledge of NIST SP 800-82
  • Knowledge, education, and/or more than 2 or more years experience in application of cybersecurity in a building automation or an industrial operation, such as electrical or mechanical systems
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and clearly demonstrated leadership experience, such as project management and team lead, for more than 2 years
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing with team members, managers, and clients, in one-on-one sessions up to group gatherings of 100+, on highly-complex and difficult engineering/software issues pertaining to assigned tasks
  • Demonstrated stability in recent jobs

Must be eligible to obtain and maintain, or currently possess Top Secret SCI Poly clearance.
