Come join our energetic team in enhancing testability, developing automated test infrastructure and conducting hands-on testing of our Simulink Dashboard web application. As a member of this team, you will participate in qualifying product functionality from early design stages and play a critical role in driving it to final release. The position requires working closely with Development, Quality Engineering, and Documentation teams and occasionally with customer facing groups.


The candidate is responsible for developing test suites and conducting hands-on testing of the web application Simulink Dashbaord and its feature set. Specifically you will:

  • Write automated test suites using MATLAB and JavaScript to test the functionality of the model simulation product set.

  • Participate in the project from its early design stages and play a critical role in driving it to final product release.
  • Creating test plans and test procedures.
  • Implementing test-infrastructure and adding automated tests using these.
  • Implementing non-functional testing like performance and memory testing.
  • Reporting bugs and qualifying bug fixes.
  • Creating test tools and enhancing existing ones.
  • Participating in design reviews and code reviews.


  • Web development experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Programming experience in MATLAB.
  • Knowledge of Object Oriented Design.
  • Knowledge of Simulink and related MathWorks products is a plus.
  • Experience with GUI testing.
  • Experience with parallel computing, cluster and asynchronous web testing is nice to have.
  • Knowledge of industry standards, and methods of Software Development and Quality Engineering.

Required Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree and 5 years of professional work experience (or a master's degree) is required.
  • Programming experience in JavaScript
