This role will support the Workday Student system implementation and will partner with project leaders to deliver technology solutions that streamline business processes and improve the user experience. This role will assist the Technical Analysts in their day-to-day deliverables and work alongside subject matter experts (SMEs) in all phases of the project to identify and support their technical and security needs. This position is also responsible for collecting decisions, changes, and data and providing a weekly overview to the Technical and Security Leads. This role will coordinate the deliverables, identify touch points across each functional area and the platform, and partner with the Workday platform manager on potential business process solutions.
Gather and analyze data for potential efficiencies and risks; use this information to recommend technology solutions to streamline business processes relating to Workday Student.
Work closely with SMEs to identify and support Workday Student needs, and escalate any technical conflicts to the Security Lead.
Responsible for capturing, clarifying, and translating business requirements and complex operational processes, coordinating tasks, and executing deliverables that continue to move the Workday Student project forward.
Help design, document and maintain system processes in relation to Workday Student.
Audit and document security changes, and tenant build security; test security memberships; and lead security testing related to user acceptance and end-to-end testing in Workday Student.
Communicate key insights and findings in weekly overviews to the Technical and Security Leads.
Participate in the review of detailed technical designs and assist in overseeing the building of implementation tenants.
Develop test scenarios and instructions in partnership with the SMEs, and participate in testing and training to ensure SMEs and other stakeholders can appropriately navigate Workday Student.
Participate in the development and completion of the go-live checklist including operational readiness, and work with business to develop appropriate material for operational readiness.
Minimum Level of Education Required Bachelor's Degree
Position Knowledge/Skills & Abilities Requirements:
At least 3-5 years of previous experience in Business/Systems Analysis or Quality Assurance.
End to end system implementation and technical administration experience.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
