The Mgr. RGM is reponsbile for delivering profitable revenue growth, through Pricing, Mix, Price-Pack Architecture, and Promotional Strategies for the assigned category.
Under the direction of the Assoc. Dir. RGM, the role will evaluate growth opportunities for the assigned category, and apply the Mondelez RGM approach to develop insight-based recommendations in support of the strategic growth plan. Conduct an annual deep dive RGM situation assessment and develop recommendations on opportunities
Develop and implement multi-lever price realization strategies for their assigned category using robust price elasticity modeling
Use External benchmarking and competitive intelligence to track pricing performance and identify areas for improvement.
Identify portfolio Price-Pack Architecture (PPA) opportunties for growth across channels and consumer occasions
Lead PPA Innovation and other RGM projects through first stage gate in I2M process; scoping, quantification and qualification of opportunities until turning over to the Commercialization team Drive internal organizational capabilities, processes, tools in the RGM space in order to accelerate insights into action Support PMO and KPI processes
Bachelor's Degree in business related field required
5-7 years CPG experience preferred
Prior experience in RGM/NRM or PPA a plus
Dealing with ambiguity
Building effective teams
Very strong analytical skills
Use of consumer research to develop growth strategies
Strong understanding of Nielsen and other syndicated data
Ability to turn insights into action
Ability to work collaboratively across functions
