Job Description

Ideal opportunity for public health grad to work under the Senior Vice President, Global Child Health and Life Support to gain excellent project experience in these topic areas while providing support with budgets, grant proposals, calendar management, meeting preparations (agendas, meeting minutes, etc), travel arrangements, and coordinating/executing projects to include development of project proposals, articles, presentations, conducting research, and evaluating findings.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit, public health, communications, business or related field or an equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience required, 3 years administrative experience required, experience with grant support and working on international projects strongly preferred, strong technical acumen with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Power point required, excellent interpersonal, organizational, problem solving, and written/verbal communication skills required, must be able to handle numerous tasks simultaneously, work well under strict deadlines, handle confidential material, and work well both independently and as a team member, knowledge of medical terminology and fluency in a foreign language a plus, and some overtime and weekend work may be required.
