Purpose of Role
The RGM Analyst is reponsbile for delivering analysis to support key outputs across the 5 RGM levers that exploit opportunities in Pricing, Price Pack Architecture, Mix, Promotion and Trade Spend optimization.
Under direction of the Mgr. RGM, provide analytical support to assigned category or brand in the areas of pricing, promotional effectiveness, portfolio mix and portfolio opportunity identification.
Monitor in-market pricing and performance vs pricing strategies as well as competitive activity; identify implications and recommendations for MDLZ portfolio
Develop and implement reporting tools
Identify pricing and portfolio opportunities based on comprehensive category analyses
Support broader RGM initiatives as needed
Key Interfaces / Stakeholders
Brand Management Team
Bachelor's Degree in Finance or business related field required 2-3 years
CPG experience preferred
Prior experience in RGM/NRM or PPA a plus
Very strong analytical skills
Strong understanding of Nielsen data with ability to turn insights into action
Ability to work collaboratively across functions
