Description: Working collaboratively with other team members and under the strategic direction of an ACD or CD, the Sr. C&D Specialist is responsible for the development and execution of their disciplines contribution to complete creative assets across the range of media from print to collateral, digital to video, websites to events.

This particular role will be solely focused on Medicare communications. A very fundamental and high-profile role in the Agency, the Sr. Copywriter for Medicare will work in tandem with designers, account managers, project managers, and marketers to ensure all Medicare communications meet CMS guidelines and support the growth strategy of the business.

You'll work in tandem with the Medicare Marketing Team to align brand creative, tone of voice and Medicare campaigns to the right audiences. Additionally, you'll lead the charge for Medicare Member Open Enrollment -- ensuring all OE kits are compliant while also supporting brand guidelines.


Fundamental Components: Produces discipline-specific (copy or design) complete creative assets for print/digital projects with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.

Participates in the ideation, production and delivery of their discipline's (copy or design) part of individual creative solutions that exceed client expectations.

Responsible for ensuring brand guidelines are embraced and adhered to in all executions. Background Experience: Strong portfolio demonstrating creative design capabilities.
5+ years creative experience, with external or in-house agency.
Bachelor's degree (BFA) or equivalent experience. Additional Job Information: As the Senior Copywriter for the Medicare line of business, you will be leading the charge for all Medicare copy and communications.
You'll work directly with compliance, be proficient in CMS guidelines, and work well under pressure.
You'll have the opportunity - and be at the helm of - new creative and marketing materials for Medicare-aged members (acquisition and retention).
A strong attention to detail and the ability to work calmly under pressure will be essential for success in this role.
