Nor-Cal Beverage Co., Inc. is seeking a Parts Room Clerk at our Production Facility in Anaheim, California. Wed-Sunday Schedule

 

Medical benefits eligible first of the month following 28 days of employment.

Position Summary: Maintain system of control of stockroom operations.  Delegate work assignments issued by Stock Room Supervisor.  Follow-up on completed daily work and assignments.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Follow all safety procedures and work as safe as possible at all times.
  • Follow up on assignments issued by Stock Room Supervisor.
  • Order parts requested and approved by or servicing to get the best pricing.
  • Place stock orders.
  • Issue stock, record information and maintain stock levels.
  • Receive orders, documents, deliver, and put the parts away.
  • File accurate documentation.
  • Match invoices by copying purchase orders and packing lists as needed.
  • Enter and print purchase orders.
  • Take inventory and order counts.
  • Maintain a clean work area.
  • Ability to follow strict guidelines, processes, and procedures to ensure accuracy.
  • General
    • Maintain a positive work atmosphere and interaction with customers, co-workers, and management.
    • All other duties as assigned.
    • Work scheduled shift, weekends, and extended hours as required.
    • Regular and punctual attendance.
  • To perform this job successfully, must be able to perform each fundamental task listed above satisfactorily.

Education and/or Experience:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (G.E.D.) and 3 months Stockroom experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must be proficient in math.

 

Language Skills: English is required, and the ability to speak Spanish is desirable.

 

Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
