Nor-Cal Beverage Co., Inc. is seeking a Parts Room Clerk at our Production Facility in Anaheim, California. Wed-Sunday Schedule

Position Summary: Maintain system of control of stockroom operations. Delegate work assignments issued by Stock Room Supervisor. Follow-up on completed daily work and assignments.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Follow all safety procedures and work as safe as possible at all times.
Follow up on assignments issued by Stock Room Supervisor.
Order parts requested and approved by or servicing to get the best pricing.
Place stock orders.
Issue stock, record information and maintain stock levels.
Receive orders, documents, deliver, and put the parts away.
File accurate documentation.
Match invoices by copying purchase orders and packing lists as needed.
Enter and print purchase orders.
Take inventory and order counts.
Maintain a clean work area.
Ability to follow strict guidelines, processes, and procedures to ensure accuracy.
Maintain a positive work atmosphere and interaction with customers, co-workers, and management.
All other duties as assigned.
Work scheduled shift, weekends, and extended hours as required.
Regular and punctual attendance.

Education and/or Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (G.E.D.) and 3 months Stockroom experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must be proficient in math.
Language Skills: English is required, and the ability to speak Spanish is desirable.
Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
