Come join us and help shape the future!   WSP is currently initiating a search for a Biller I for our Ephrata, Pennsylvania office.   Duties and Responsibilities: •  Partner with Project Accountants to develop client specific invoice formats ensuring compliance with invoicing requirements per contract terms •  Produce “client-ready” automated invoices in Oracle and easy Fixed Price/CPM/CPFF manual invoices based on established invoice template •  At the direction of the Project Accountant compiles and provides supporting invoice documentation (timesheets, expense reports, vendor and subcontractor invoices, etc) as required by contract •  Reconcile Oracle invoice with manual invoice prior to finalizing draft invoice •  Maintains project files, following appropriate document control procedures •  Other duties as assigned   Talent is the essence of meeting our client’s objectives, goals and challenges.  If this sounds like a fit for you, we’d love to have that first discussion of you joining our team. Requirements Minimum Qualifications: •  High school diploma •  At least 3 years of relevant experience •  Excellent organizational and communication skills •  Strong attention to detail •  Intermediate Excel skills •  Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct and adhere to WSP’s Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures  •  Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP’s health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies  Preferred Qualifications: •  Basic understanding of accounting principles and invoicing •  Previous experience with accounting software, Oracle.
