Bradford Technologies, Inc., a leader in developing Real Estate Appraisal Software and Services for over 33 years, is seeking an Inside Sales-Telesales (Part-Time)

This Part-Time position is located in our South San Jose, CA office. Local candidates only.

 This is a great opportunity for veteran looking to transition back into the workforce. If you are a sales and customer service oriented individual, we want to talk to you! This Part-Time role is uniquely catered to up-sell the subscription service as well as support the Bradford line of products. Additionally, the sales position will assist in various stages of the sales funnel, including creating awareness of new offerings, generating leads, and retaining customers. The ideal candidate will bring their passion and adaptive energy to our creative team. You’ll gain hands on experience working on meaningful projects with guidance from a mentor and other members of our team.


  • Research and generate lists of potential customers
  • Use scripts to provide information about products features, prices, etc.
  • Ask pertinent questions to understand the customers’ needs
  • Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how our technology meets their needs
  • Cold Call people to sell products and communicate company brand awareness
  • Up-sell subscription services
  • Coach and educate users about products and their key features
  • Maintain quality communication that meets / exceeds expectations
  • Document customer’s business information and interactions in company CRM database
  • Compassionately listen to complaints or doubts and safeguard the company’s reputation
  • Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
  • Review quality feedback with supervisor

All work will be done in our San Jose Office with the exception of some self-study. This is a part time position. Job Requirements


  • Sales, Advertising, Marketing, or Business major
  • Excellent customer service skills including empathy, problem ownership, and a willingness to go “above and beyond” to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Strong time management with ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Ability to work individually and in a team environment
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Skilled in negotiations
  • Persistent and results-oriented
  • Patient and able to handle customer rejection
  • Ability to type minimum of 40 words per minute
  • Ability to work flexible hours between 8:00am-6:00pm
  • Experience with other current consumer web-enabled technologies
