ERPi is currently searching for a full-time SharePoint Developer to support the development and enhancement of IT infrastructure and tools to support the Army General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) Program Management Office (PMO). GFEBS is the Army's financial, asset and accounting management system that provides access to data across the Army, ARNG and USAR.


The ideal candidate will be an energetic strategic professional supporting fast-moving and wide-ranging projects and initiatives. The Developer will manage the SharePoint Knowledge Management (KM) Portals and the day to day operations of the portal, administer user permissions and ensure mechanisms are in place to control access. The candidate will design, develop and manage SharePoint workflows using native and Nintex implementations. Serve as a liaison with PEO EIS, (a partner organization) SharePoint personnel on issues concerning their respective SharePoint portal(s). Develop training materials and train users for their respective SharePoint portal. Gather user functional, interface and user experience requirements for additions or changes to the SharePoint portal(s). Maintain compliance with the PM GFEBS Governance Policies and work with Enterprise Users to bring into compliance all non-compliant portals, sites, pages, documents, information, and/or data. The candidate should be innovative and strategic and have a passion for motivating and engaging stakeholders. Communications is a key function to support initiatives and to build awareness.


  • A Bachelor's degree
  • 5-10 years of overall professional experience
  • 3 years of SharePoint portal development and management experience
  • 3+ years of experience implementing collaboration portals in a DOD (Army preferred) experience
  • 3+ years of providing knowledge management/management for complex programs
  • 3+ years of experience in developing, implementing, maintaining, and/or enforcing rigorous discipline in knowledge management/sharing systems.



  • 2 or more years of consulting experience.
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
  • Proven experience developing detailed migration plans.
  • Experience in collaborating maturely with various teams and audiences at a senior level
  • Experience with the following web technologies: Javascript, JQuery, HTML, CSS, Nintex, MEDCOM, EDMS, JSOM/CSOM, Project Server, MEAN Stack, TMT, SP Document Sets, ServiceNow, Remedy, SAP GRC, SDLC,
