Job Description
As a Process Improvement Consultant, you will be responsible for the creation and ongoing maintenance of internal and external data processes and deliverable, including the timely resolution of data issues for all customers. In this role, you will also handle ad-hoc data requests and lead the translation of business requirements into solutions. Furthermore, you will collaborate with Sr. Consultant, Operations and process owners to identify opportunities, define business requirements, and assist in designing and implementing solutions to maximize efficiency and productivity. Some other critical components of this role include managing the full life-cycle project from analysis to development to delivery of solutions, modify existing processes to improve operational efficiency of the entire data processing team, perform data mining and aggregation, combining multiple datasets to develop streamlined and efficient solutions for internal and external parties. You will also be responsible for performing data validation and analysis to ensure accuracy and quality of data.

- Manage data conversion and data cleansing
- Responsible for the production of report generation and scheduled data delivery standards
- Contribute to documentation initiatives as needed
- Participate and contribute to group knowledge and best practices

Advanced Care Scripts (ACS), a CVS Health Company, manages and dispenses specialty medications and products nationwide. Our comprehensive patient care model provides compliance and adherence support and cost-effective solutions for all classes of specialty medications.

Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications
- BS/BA in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business
- Health Care or Pharmaceutical industry experience
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
- Proficient SQL programming skills; intermediate Visual Basic or other programming languages
- Experience with FTP and ETL tools or data conversion processes
- Reporting system experience (SSRS preferred)
* Experience with Health Care industry/data is a plus preferred
- Data warehouse experience is a plus preferred
