Job Description
Coordinator, OTCHS provides assistance and support to internal colleagues and teams within the organization regarding complaints, escalations, inquiries, and directional guidance regarding incoming customer calls and written communications. The Coordinator, OCTHS Representative is also responsible for mentoring, training agents and handling escalated customer concerns and health plan inquiries. This role is responsible for making sure that customer service and support are properly given to both internal and external customer contacts. The ideal candidate must be able to triage tasks, balance efficiency with accuracy, work both independently and as a team in a fast- paced environment. This role requires strong leadership with high caliber organizational skills, as well as highly effective written communication skills that are representative of CVS Health.

Required Qualifications
1. 1-3 years of experience in retail healthcare or similar service industry.
2. Strong comprehension, critical thinking, and problem solving skills with the ability to think under pressure.
3. Strong oral and written skills with emphasis on grammar, editing and proofreading skills ensuring little to no re-work is needed.
4. Outstanding organizational and planning skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize workload and follow up.
5. Must have a good sense of urgency, dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of both internal and external customers under tight timeframes.
6. Highly computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office, including word, excel, access and PowerPoint.
7. Possess skills in training delivery (facilitation, presentation, and e-learning)
8. Self-starter with strong initiative, energy and accountability with the ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications
9. Year in training delivery, public speaking or other comparable experience (or equivalent).
10. 2 + years of call center knowledge/experience across multiple programs.

Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required. Bachelor preferred.
