OBXtek is currently staffing for a full time Investigative Case Management Analyst for DHS-FEMA, Office of Professional Responsibility located at 500 C St. SW, Washington DC.
Investigations Case Management Analyst shall:
Intake allegations of employee and/or contractor misconduct from various sources into FEMA ICMS
As directed, follow-up on allegations that are referred to OPR, in order to complete intake.
Create case files for each allegation of misconduct in the technology system
Transfer data from current open cases into the new technology system
In accordance with an SOP, recommend assignment of cases to appropriate investigative branch/investigator, or refer case to appropriate stakeholder:
Internal to FEMA or external to DHS Office of Inspector General (DHS OIG)
Within FEMA; OPR, Office of the Chief Security Officer (OCSO), Office of the Chief
Component Human Capital Officer (OCCHCO), Office of Chief Counsel Personnel Law Branch
(OCC PLB) or Ethics Legal Division, etc.
Track and/or update status of cases in the technology solution
Assist in the resolution of complaints with respect to investigative cases, addressing issues at the lowest level possible
Speak directly with assigned investigator(s), discuss case status, ensure investigator understands relevant deadlines required to move cases to next stage of investigatory process, raise issues of concern in a timely manner to the Program Manager
Assist in the preparation of status reports, including pulling data from the technology solution, compiling data and presenting such data in the prescribed format
Assist in the development of SOP associated with case management
Must have a SECRET clearance.
