Job Description

The Creative Services Associate Account Manager is responsible for execution of brand related tasks, working closely with and under the direction of the Creative Services Senior Account Lead and Account Manager.

S/he is responsible for all CCoE deliverables being uploaded, reviewed and revised according to the Biogen regulatory process and will partner closely with the CCoE project management team to ensure all jobs are seamlessly flowing through the CCoE workflow process for on-time delivery.

Responsibilities to include but not limited to

* Regulatory Management

o Create profiles for all projects in regulatory system and manage through review process until completion

o Primary point of contact to ensure all pieces are annotated and uploaded into Veeva for MLR review

o Attend and participate in MLR review meetings for CCoE projects as applicable

o Ensure all changes are pulled through and pieces are proofread prior to release

* Project Oversight

o Work closely with Account Lead and/or Account Manager in support of day-to-day needs

o Partner closely with project management to ensure delivery of projects in a timely manner from inception to final execution

o Ensure creative deliverable dates align with required regulatory timing

o Escalate risk as appropriate depending on changes of scope or timing

o Maintains a clear vision of what is required for next steps on all managed projects

* Maintain all internal documentation and communication for each job

o Maintain client status report for assigned brands

o Develop regular contact reports and summarize action items

o Ensure all job names, specifics and status are captured on all reporting

o Set up necessary meetings throughout workflow process - creative client presentations, client feedback regroups as necessary, etc.

o Summarize change (change orders) and partner with project management to confirm edits are addressed

o Liaise with AORs and media partners when necessary


* 3-5 plus years in an agency environment with Biotech/Pharma industry related experience or Bio/Pharma marketing experience

* Extremely detail oriented and organized

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Collaborative and works well in a team setting

* Flexibility in a fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt to changes

* Strong interpersonal skills

* Ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects simultaneously

* Experience with Veeva Vault or similar system helpful

* Knowledge of web-based project management system(s)
