Purpose of Role

Is accountable for the IBS strategy, roadmap and delivery of Global Planning Transformation, partnering closely with the Global Capability and BU Planning leaders, IBS leaders and key stakeholders across functions.

Working closely as a key leader on the Planning Transformation team strategize, plan, influence, deliver, and support IBS ISC capabilities, projects, and service to deliver transformation objectives.

Main Responsibilities

  • Is accountable for the IBS strategy, roadmap and delivery of Global Planning Transformation, partnering closely with the Global Capability and BU Planning leaders, IBS leaders and key stakeholders across functions.
  • Frame and deliver the Planning Transformation roadmap, aligning with key stakeholders as part of the Planning Transformation team
  • Builds a collaborative relationship and partnership with key stakeholders including ISC and IBS global and BU leaders to deliver program objectivesestment, execution, adoption, service).
  • Develops and validates program business case with key stakeholders
  • Identifies risks/issues/opps with regional portfolio in appropriate governance forum

  • In depth knowledge of ISC business and operational planning processes and related technology solutions
  • Experience initiating and leading major transformation planning initiatives
  • Have a entrepreneurial spirit and be very aware of supply chain and technology innovations
  • 15 years program / project management experience in IT or business functions in the consumer goods industry
  • Experience in working across functions with ability to interact at Director levels and credible with Senior leadership
  • Excellent multicultural expertise
  • Experience with managing complex partnerships involving development projects or programs
  • In depth knowledge and experience of SAP, Desired experince on SAP APO / advanced planning solutions and operating models
  • High influencing skills and excellent communications skills with the ability to translate between non-technical business users and technical IT resource
