As part of our finance team, you'll collect and analyze intelligent information and data and use that to give everyone at Mondelēz International the power to make informed decisions.

The Finance Manager Financial Planning & Analysis Strategy will:

  • Provide analytical support - identify data requirements, work with the data and come up with the insights from the analysis
  • Responsible for supporting actual, forecast, earnings release, board and plan reporting
  • Help with evaluation of M&A projects
  • Interact proactively with key internal customers, including Marketing, Sales and Supply Chain
  • Understanding of business implications and proactive problem solving
  • Develop relationships with key central services groups
  • Provide formal and informal training on financial concepts and systems to team members
  • Other special projects and ad hoc reporting as required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting required, MBA/CPA preferred
  • Six or more years of experience in financial analysis and data management
  • P&L background / experience along with knowledge of financial systems and general accounting concepts
  • Strong technology skills with data analysis tools such as SAP, Excel, Access, Alteryx and Tableau
  • Proficient with data integration and data management technologies to analyze information and translate to insights on business performance
  • Ability to present findings in concise / impactful way to senior leaders in organization
  • Requires strong verbal and written communication skills, and basic knowledge of general business concepts
  • Demonstrated ability to deal with ambiguity, change and a dynamic business environment
  • Systems and Tools: proficiency managing and making recommendations for efficiencies with data storage and management systems and tools, such as SAP, BI and supporting applications
