Concordance Healthcare Solutions is currently hiring an Accounting Supervisor to oversee our Accounts Receivable department in our Tiffin, Ohio location. This position provides primary support to the Vice President, Finance. Primary responsibilities of the position include leading a multi-location team, managing the invoice and payment cycle and maintaining standardized policies.
What You Will Do:
Manage a staff of approximately 10 people
Make recommendations to improve quality of invoicing and collection procedures
Weekly reporting of invoicing totals/aging totals/cash receipts/invoice adjustments
Assure timely collection of receivables due to Concordance
Monitor and report on deviations from credit standards
Assure timely and accurate invoicing
Manage cash application making sure all cash receipts are applied properly
What You will Need to be Successful:
5+ years of experience in credit and collections
Strong managerial skills and prior management experience
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must
Analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines and projects at once
Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check
