Responsible for listings and voucher processing for single team that
encompasses 2 brokers. Prepares vouchers used to collect the commissions due to
CBRE. Manages all listing and deal files in compliance to Real Estate
regulations and facilitates the transfer of financial information to
Transaction Accounting. Ideal candidate will need to be tech savvy with
advanced proficiency within Microsoft Office Suite as well as Adobe Creative
Suites such as InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assigns new listing numbers and creates files for all executed
listing/commission agreements. Verifies required documents per CBRE's policies
and Real Estate guidelines by completing the Listing File Checklist.
Distributes listing renewal information to sales professionals and follows-up
to obtain required documents in order to keep listings current.
Verifies handwritten voucher against the written contract. Enters all sales and
lease information into the Company's database according to the organization's
guidelines and procedures. Assists in obtaining appropriate
signatures/approvals and transferring all financial information to Transaction
Accounting for further processing.
Interfaces as the marketing liaison with stakeholders,
clients, sales professionals, centralized marketing, analysis and research
groups, etc. May coordinate with other department members the creation of press
releases, client sponsored or sales/client facing professional events and
social media feeds.
Creates and maintains CBRE brand in all company-sanctioned marketing materials
that may include offering memorandums, demographic reports, Campaign Logic
eblast, property flyers, maps, advertisements, brochures, postcards, placemats,
proposals, tour books, floor plans and qualification packages.
and external databases such as Opportunities, CBRE360, LoopNet, Costar, The
Well, Sales Force.com, etc. Coordinates and compiles market and property
research to include: tax reports, aerials/maps, demographics, traffic counts,
Coordinates the distribution of internal and external marketing information.
Coordinates complex on/offsite meetings and conferences. May schedule
appointments, keep calendars and arrange travel itineraries and meeting room
Creates deal files and verifies required documents per CBRE's policies and Real
Estate guidelines by completing the Deal File Checklist.
Maintains property signs inventory. Orders and removes all property signs for
the office. Completes signage purchase orders, and marketing budget forms.
Provides customer service to sales professionals.
Assists Transaction Accounting in obtaining necessary verifications of various
contingencies in order to adhere to the Company's revenue recognition policies.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) with a minimum of two to four years of related experience and/or training.
CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES
Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor. Ability to effectively present information to an internal group.
Requires general knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages.
Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations. Ability to solve problems in standard situations. Requires basic analytical skills.
OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES
Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite.
