A career in Partner Affairs, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to provide strategic and operational support to current and former partners of the Firm. You'll have a big part in supporting our partners from assisting with partner admissions and talent development to partner compensation, administration, and benefits.
As part of our Internal Firm Services, you'll provide strategic oversight, manage operations, and develop policies for all aspects of the Partner Affairs team.

Job Requirements and Preferences:
Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma
Minimum Years of Experience: 2 year(s)
Degree Preferred: Bachelor Degree
Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of and/or a proven record of success as both an individual contributor and team member in a professional services firm environment, identifying and addressing client needs by:
Possessing thorough technical/functional technology specialization and knowledge of partnership matters;
Applying critical thinking skills to understand concepts and strategies and translate to meaningful deliverables for firm leadership as well as perform external research and assess meaningfulness related to executing the partner development strategy;
Applying independent discretion on a daily basis to understand what we are trying to solve, create a plan on how to address, including where to go for information/data, how to analyze, evaluate and perform research to arrive at creative and innovative solutions related to partner development;
Working in an environment with high ambiguity and applying critical thinking skills to focus on what is required to advance an initiative by creating a strategy to address and bringing to execution; and,
Having previous experience in client service work (audit, tax or consulting) and/or relevant HR and Performance Management experience.
Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:
Translating ideas to action, communicate ideas, and influence others and to share points of view, ideas, and perspective;
Using judgment to assess and make recommendations based upon research and relevance to the professional services partnership environment;
Communicating, influencing, and negotiating with the ability to impact and influence others where there is no direct reporting relationship;
Utilizing advanced PC applications including Google, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other data manipulation and visualization tools;
Utilizing Cloud applications and familiarity with agile methodology;
Writing, communicating, facilitating, and presenting cogently, to and/or for all levels of industry audiences, clients and internal staff and management including Partner Development leader and Partner Affairs professionals and/or Learning and Development for the purpose of providing guidance, support and being responsive to their questions; and,
Possessing the ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet rigorous deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, producing high quality work products by leveraging a thorough level of attention to detail.
