Regional Vice President – Operations – AUTS

Job Description

Primary Purpose and Function The AUTS Regional Vice President (RVP) will be directly responsible for ensuring the region is delivering operational excellence while driving growth across all revenue channels. The RVP is responsible for the profit and loss (“P&L”) of the region and will help identify innovative and creative services to improve the delivery of solutions and services to the company’s customers. The RVP will be responsible for sales bookings, project execution, service delivery, staffing and all other regional management responsibilities. The RVP ensures that the region meets performance targets that are aligned with the Allied Universal’s Technology Services strategic objectives and that projects adhere to companywide standards and best practices. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Maintain, promote, and foster AUTS’s Vision, Mission, Core Values, and growth strategy at all times and within all initiatives. Responsible for all aspects of business performance within the region, including sales, operations, and full P&L responsibility. Drive the tactical plan for the region, including the development and implementation of the annual operating plans and budgets to achieve the company strategy. Analyze new geographic market potential and prepare associated business cases as needed to support expansion (organic and acquisitive). Recruit, develop, motivate, coach, mentor, manage and direct branch General Managers. Create and implement processes and procedures to help manage the region in the areas of resource management, service delivery, project costing, and solution development. Continuously look for new revenue streams and ways to improve profitability, increase margins, and achieve a sustainable competitive advantage. Collaborate with channel partners to drive new business and cultivate long-term relationships. Proactively meet with key customers to ensure their satisfaction and the general health of the relationship. Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred 15 or more years of supervisory experience and P&L responsibility within a professional services delivery organization Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills Ability to motivate a team and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner Ability to participate and lead team selling activities Proficiency to sell to the C-level Possess strong organizational, analytical, and leadership skills Demonstrate strong sense of urgency and initiative 355486
