Job Description

Merakey is currently looking for a Full time Recovery Coordinator for our DDTT program in Pittsburgh, PA.   PAY: 16.65 per hour HOURS: Monday- Friday 9a-5pm   POSITION OVERVIEW As a member of the DDTT, the Recovery Coordinator is qualified in the human services field and possesses the skills and experience necessary to provide coordination and supportive services to program individuals with a mental health diagnosis and Intellectual/Developmental Disability(Dually Diagnosed). This is done in collaboration with the rest of the team and under the clinical supervision of the Program Director.
  • provides up to date information for admission meetings and collects data for treatment plans
  • completes all paperwork in a timely and accurate manner
  • quickly establishes therapeutic relationships with the individuals being served.
  • provides care coordination and linking with other service delivery systems
  • participates in on-call schedule on a rotating basis
  • performs other duties as assigned

 

The Dual Diagnosis Treatment Team (DDTT) is a service model that addresses continuity of care for the IDD/MH population. This model will employ a community-based, team-delivered approach, that will utilize principles of applied behavioral analysis (ABA), functional behavioral analysis (FBA), and positive behavioral supports as well as cross-systems integration.
