Information Systems

In Information Systems, you'll connect and empower every aspect of our global organization through excellence in technology and services. This includes investing in growth-enabling solutions as well as systems that integrate our supply chain from procurement to manufacturing, and customer service to logistics. You'll help Mondelz International implement the right business capabilities, powered by better information.

Purpose of Role

Network solution architect serves as expert in network domain, making decisions on complex or ambiguous IT architecture issues or projects implementation, understanding business requirements, integration of technologies, and ensures proper solutions deployment. Develops, communicates and oversees adherance of network infrastructure and services standard, as welll optimization initiatives for costs reduction or satisfactino levels improvement.

Main Responsibilities
  • Links operational performance with company strategy.
  • Identifies and drives automation opportunities to improve operations efficiency.
  • Owns and implements capacity and service lifecycle planning.
  • Optimizes delivery to meet business demands and the service operations strategy.
  • Sets improvement targets for service efficiency and quality throughout the entire project lifecycle.
  • Measures, reports, and communicates service improvement initiatives.
  • Plans and implements CSI (Continual Service Improvement)
  • Links CSI actions to drive continuous improvement mind-set.
  • Ensures CSI actions are completed, and the desired results are achieved.
  • Provides consultation on cross tower EA issues and resolutions.
  • Maintains awareness of current architecture and business drivers to guide projects as appropriate.
  • Develops and utilizes domain/technology architectures while balancing business, enterprise requirements and high-level project estimation.
  • Advocates for business requirements and capabilities to improve current offerings aligned to function strategy.
  • Researches and applies best in class offerings to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Plans and co-ordinates activities to manage and implement a program from initiation to a sustainable solution.
  • Recommends actions to optimize investments and benefits and to mitigate risks.
  • Defines and owns IT controls for given technologies or processes to protect information and remove threats.
  • Provides input to keep policies and standards current.
  • Creates technology and business strategies for one or more domains.
  • Prioritizes all technology services and enhancements to achieve strategic objectives for one or more business domains.
  • Plans, implements, controls, and audits service provisioning to meet customer business requirements.
  • Drives innovative and agile culture by demonstrating and promoting digital technology across the enterprise.

  • Minimum 5 year experience in network desing, implementation and documentation
  • Minimum 5 year experience in supporting corporate network enviroments
  • Multi network domain (routing, switching, wireless, security, desing, etc.) professional certifications
  • Experience working with multiple vendors and keep them collaborating
  • Proven ability to work and drive complex projects
  • Proven ability to manage/deal with cross-organizational / multi-cultural projects and teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering/IT/Computer Science or related fields
