This Human Resources Business Lead (HRBL) can be based in either Chicago or East Hanover and directly partners a number of Integrated Business Services (IBS) Leadership Team members and their teams who are located across the globe in multiple Mondelez locations. The Human Resources Business Lead will also participate in North America (NA) engagement activities for the wider IBS population based in NA. You will be a member of the global Human Resources team helping establish our newly combined IBS function.
Main Responsibilities: The HRBL role directly partners with our Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and his team plus 2-3 other IBS Leadership Team members & their teams. This means: Working with them on organization design for their teams and facilitating the implementation of any changes Partnering on the Strategic Talent Review (STR) & people processes e.g., succession planning / potential review / career planning / performance calibration, etc. Partnering in budget planning of these teams together with the finance partner. Being a member of the relevant Leadership Teams, attending Leadership Team meetings & contributing to the team's goals especially through our people agenda. Supporting them on any other culture, development and engagement topics for your team.
O ur North America region provides Human Resources advice and partners on activation of global initiatives locally e.g., Diversity & Inclusion, Growing Here Week, Award events, etc. though our local IBS "Village"
Additionally you are part of the Human Resources team for Integrated Business Services and will attend IBS HR meetings where we contribute to our shared agenda and common approaches on people topics and sharing best practices. You may also lead some shared projects on behalf of the function globally.
8 years HR experience across specialisms and HR partnering.
A sound working knowledge of key HR Processes and contemporary thinking around shifting culture, organization design, managing through change, team development, performance leadership.
Worked autonomously in virtual team remote manager / matrix organization.
Experience of partnering across geographies and cultures with senior leaders, and especially with Mondelez talent processes, coaching and development would be ideal.
