LCAT: Help Desk Support Specialist
Provide hardware and software problem resolution
Experience and technical skills in Windows Server, Windows Desktop, Mac OS clients, MS Exchange, MS Office, HP hardware, and Network Communications
Customer service skills training is required and good interpersonal skills.
Field experience in the installation procedures and maintenance procedures that are required in the Senate.
Microsoft Certified to include at a minimum the latest certifications in all disciplines as applicable to the Senate environment desired
Apple-certified in all disciplines as applicable to the Senate environment desired
HP Certified to include certification as Accredited Platform Specialists for platforms including, but not limited to Desktops, Servers, Printers, and Laptops desired
