Summary This role will provide general Human Resource and Administrative support for the Pressure Cylinders team, reporting to the Regional Human Resources Manager. Is responsible for handling time sensitive and confidential materials/information and providing excellent customer service to internal and/or external clients. Will act as the main point of contact for candidates through recruitment and new employees through onboarding/orientation.
Post jobs, coordinate intake & candidate review meetings and manages pre-employment testing and schedules
Coordinates onboarding/off-boarding and orientation for new hires
Maintains personnel files and record retention
Assists during benefits Open Enrollment - employee communication meetings, deadline reminders, etc.
Assists in performance management process - communication meetings, deadline reminders
Assists with events - health fairs, recognition events, communication meetings
Serves as the main point of contact for the floor (greeting, acknowledging and assisting visitors )
Orders office supplies and equipment & maintains the office supply areas & storage closets
Oversees two mailrooms on the floor
Assists with logistics and lunches associated with meetings, appointments and conferences for the floor
Point of contact for floor conference rooms (help with questions, booking, ensure rooms are stocked as needed)
HR experience preferred
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to learn quickly and take on new responsibilities
Ability to work effectively under pressure and time constraints
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to research, interpret, and analyze information
Organizational and planning skills; interpersonal and time management skills
Exercises discretion when handling confidential matters
Proficient user of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with Success Factors, Oracle and ADP preferred
Education Associates or equivalent
