Description

The role of the Business Analysis, Associate is to assist in analyzing business problems, identifying gaps, and providing technical support in areas around basic to moderate information systems. This role assists with several requirements throughout the project life cycle and involves an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements. This role is a member of the Business Analysis Team and reports directly to the Business Analysis, Director.

What you will do:

  • Develop documentation related to moderately complex projects and information systems
  • Apply business analysis knowledge to review and analyse systems problems to identify solutions
  • Provide support in developing use cases, workflow diagrams, and gap analysis to create or modify requirements documents and design specifications
  • Analyze user requirements and client business needs using standard procedures
  • Ensure bi-directional traceability of requirements
  • Track and report status of work assignments and escalate issues and risks
  • Functions as a subject matter expert for multiple modules
  • Act as a liaison between the client and technology teams
  • You will be responsible for delivery of Detailed System Design Document (DSDD) for multiple modules

 

Who you are:

  • You have a bachelor’s degree with 3 - 8 years of business analysis experience or at least 4 - 9 years of directly related work experience
  • You have experience with Claims and Encounters, Eligibility, or Reference
  • You have experience with Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • You have healthcare industry with domain knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid or healthcare verticals
  • You have Provider Management and Enrollment System experience
  • You can elicit, document, analyze and verify requirements
  • You have knowledge of Claims Adjudication and Medicaid Pricing
  • You have an understanding of the requirements management life cycle
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a US Public Trust Clearance
