Merakey is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our Adult Behavioral Health Division in our Shreveport, LA location.

POSITION DETAILS

  • This position provides administrative assistance functions to the Program Director as related to overall program operations.
  • Performs general administrative support activities such as answer multi-line phone system, maintain files, purchasing supplies, faxing and making copies.
  • Ability to maintain a calendar and/or schedule, make appointments, arrange the meeting room and materials.
  • Analyze data and generate reports using Microsoft Excel.
  • Communicate effectively with all staff, including management as well as outside agencies.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • HIgh school diploma/GED required.
  • Minimum of 1 year clerical experience, preferrably in a medical office setting.
  • Must be proficient in MIcrosoft Excel, Word and Outlook.

Rate of pay: $13.00 /hour
