Our tanks can be constructed above ground, partially or fully buried underground.
The Company Laborer Foreman is responsible for performing and supervising the completion of all laborer assignments required throughout the phases of the tank building process. It is understood that this is a Working Foreman position and is responsible for supervising the work of others and with maintaining the required production goals while also being responsible for the safety of his area and others on site.
Nationwide travel is Required
Reports To: Manager of Field Personnel, Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent
Skills & Abilities:
Can perform all the functions of a Company Laborer
Understands the Carpenter’s role during the tank building process and can perform casting bed
Can establish crews, designate responsibilities and follow through with assigned work
Can read and interpret drawings to insure work is performed according to specifications
Able to use transit to layout panels with supervision
Can lead a pouring crew
Performs QC Inspections
Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized job trailer and job site
Discusses man-hour budgets with supervisor for operations as assigned. Is accountable for seeing through an operation to completion within a designated time frame
Perform tasks outdoor at heights (between 20ft to 120ft)
Monitor all job site activity every day, organizing and balancing tasks to ensure the plan is accomplished, making changes in assignment as necessary for the daily plan, scheduled and budget is adhered to
Have shown past experience to supervise and lead at least 4 man crew as a Foreman.
List any construction certification is a plus
Bilingual is a plus (English and Spanish)

Safety & Quality:
Understand and comply with all DN Tanks Safety Policies
Lead the morning safety meeting Inspect materials being used to insure product quality and integrity
Understands and follows rigging and crane safety requirements
Can identify safety issues, offer and implement solutions
Provides leadership to other employees regarding safety of each task being performed
Complete sign off in the QC Inspection Manual or designate individuals to perform QC checks; ensure work meets QC standards and checks have been completed
CPR/First Aid training
Can conduct weekly Safety Audit.
Lead stretch and flex.
Strong knowledge OSHA Regulation and Safety Procedures.
Provide leadership and direction to all employees working on site per the DN Tanks chain of command
Can analyze problems and provide solutions that meet DN Tanks standards
