Come join us and help shape the future!   WSP is currently initiating a search for a Production Manager for our Raleigh, NC office.   Duties and Responsibilities:  
  • Develop and manage a comprehensive, continuous, and measurable back-office fulfillment program to include measures for process performance and improvement in inbound and outbound mail processing, and payment processing
  • Manage a staff of Fulfillment Representatives to ensure high quality delivery of customer service through various back-office processes
  • Develop  policies and procedures to ensure a consistent evaluative process for mail and payment processing, and other back office work
  • Ensuring compliance with client contract, and overseeing organizational performance against quality goals, objectives and metrics

  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience in fufillment and mail house operations, payment process and similar functions
  • One (1) year of experience in a leadership position in a high-volume back-office environment
  • Abilty to develop quality documentation including but not limited to back-office policies, and procedures
  • Implement and enforce rules and guidelines throughout the various aspects of an organization
  • Generate reporting on various results and trends

  • Demonstrated strong communication and organizational skills
