As a Channel Marketing Manager for the US Residential business unit, your primary responsibility is to support all sales channels and enable them to drive optimal subscriber growth. This role also will be responsible for driving more traffic and leads to our online sales channel. *Channel Marketing*Field Marketing*Corporate Communications and Social Media*Content Marketing Strategy and Management You will need to bring fresh, creative and innovative thinking to how we interact with our customers via our different sales and support channels. Maintain/grow mindshare with our sales channels through collaborative marketing partnership, which includes:oAligning Marketing, Sales, and Product on messaging priorities and presentation developmentoIncorporating feedback from field sales team in every stepoAmplifying incentive trips and contests through 360 communicationsoBriefing corporate marketing teams - including Creative Services and Events - to deliver on communications objectives Drive more activations through on online order channeloPlatform Improvements: Coordinate web consolidation and e-commerce initiatives.oContent Development: Leverage existing and create new online content to help drive repeat visits and conversion. oUX Centric: partner with UX and web teams to eliminate any friction in user journey. Content Strategy and ManagementoDevelop and maintain a content calendar and roadmap to support our overarching communications and content strategy. oCoordinate with corporate comms, web, SEO and Digital Marketing teams. oManage customer testimonial program. Work with corporate communications to establish a local presence in media via community events, local publications and other media outlets. oPartner with the Social Media team to develop a more strategic social media plan and blog approach to support our US residential business and integrate it with our other media and product launch efforts.
Specific Technologies/Experience: *Exceptional communications skills - written and verbal.*Service oriented with strong work ethic - must be creative, self-motivated and able to take the initiative.*Creative thinker with a strong interest & experience in sales operations and the customer experience.*Strong organizational and time management skills - ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.*Excellent strategic, analytical and problem-solving skills. Digital Marketing experience is a plus.
