Job Summary: This role will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining successful forward and reverse logistics for SKU’s within the Comcast Retail footprint. From a process perspective as well as a data flow perspective, this role is crucial to the replenishment of Comcast’s 300+ xFinity Stores.

Core Responsibilities: - Ensure 3PL vendors are delivering accurate and on-time store deliveries based on replenishment schedule. - Develop and measure key performance indicators to track and evaluate forecast performance. - Monitor data flow and governance throughout the supply chain lifecycle and react quickly to any breaks in the process and mitigate with the appropriate stakeholders. - Responsible for managing escalations related to store fulfillment, store receiving of inventory, and reverse logistics. - Coordinate new product introduction, end-of-life device management, and device pullbacks as necessary in Retail stores. - Manage 3PL vendors and execute the reverse logistics strategy. - Identify areas of opportunity, such as standardizing the S&OP processes, and drive process improvements to closure. - Measure, monitor, and manage aging inventory in conjunction with planning team for EOL transition and disposition. - Work with vendor manufacturers to coordinate ship plans and demand. - Work with functional teams to coordinate and manage the product lifecycle including introduction and end-of-life.
Job Specification: - Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics or equivalent. - Generally requires 5-7 years related experience. - 3-4 years experience in Supply Chain engineering and/or systems architecture and/or 1-3 years experience in the Retail industry a plus. - Proven background in root-cause analysis and process improvement. - Skilled in the Microsoft suite; specifically Microsoft excel to be able to quickly analyze trends from multiple data sources. - Has experience in planning and financial systems; Oracle a plus. - Has sufficient supply chain systems engineering knowledge to understand connection points and data transition to support root-cause efforts as necessary. - Strong interpersonal skills and resourcefulness to enable quick mitigations when necessary. - Self-starter with strong time management & prioritization skills with a demonstrated ability to execute multiple tasks & excel in a fast paced, results-oriented work environment. - Has business and supply chain acumen, understanding why things must get done as much as when and how they must be done. - Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies preferred. - Direct experience in fast-paced technology or new media industry and good working knowledge of voice, data & video products preferred.
