Job Description The Team Mobilization Program Manager in the PBM Financial Operations Department will provide leadership and oversight to key people projects to drive operational effectiveness. Through the mobilization of people across multiple lines of business, you will influence leaders of all levels to drive change and achieve business excellence, while building a strong culture for our 1,800+ colleagues.
In this position, the Team Mobilization Program Manager is expected to provide strategic support to all projects that impact people within the PBM Financial Operations, bringing leaders and teams together, leading discussions, proactively identifying impacted areas and people, and challenging assumptions and standards of the business in an effort to improve overall results. This role will also support all change management initiatives and activities, from a project management perspective.
Leveraging their prior experience and working closely with the PBM Financial Operations teams, this role will be responsible for driving the development and subsequent implementation of departmental process improvement initiatives related to people and culture.
In addition, the Team Mobilization Program Manager will: Participate in the development and implementation of key engagement and culture initiatives across business units to drive performance improvements and deliver results aligned to goals and objectives Support Epic transformation and Change Management Projects Develop, plan and implement key people strategies and initiatives to improve operational efficiency and financial results Manage operating and capital budgets tied to identified projects Lead projects related to people initiatives and change management; Identifying key stakeholders, conducting project meetings, defining project roles & responsibilities, creating forecasts, tracking progress, managing budget, time and expense reconciliation Lead a diverse team that includes all levels of leaders (with different agendas and objectives) to successfully achieve stated project goals, overcoming resistance to change and gaining buy-in from the project team; Making the most effective use of people and their time Prepare project status reports and keep senior leadership and all stakeholders informed of project status Effectively provide periodic presentations and project updates, manage change, resolve conflict and escalate issues to maintain critical path scheduled Proactively identify, communicate, and mitigate project risks and resolve complex issues with minimal supervision, utilizing appropriate change control Source strategic partnerships with external parties and affiliated companies and manage the relationship and projects
Required Qualifications 5+ years of project management experience.
Ability to travel up to 25%.
Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of project management experience within healthcare revenue cycle or related industry.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or PMP certification.
Change management/ADKAR model knowledge
General knowledge of finance, accounts receivable, data analytics
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment with numerous competing priorities.
Strong interpersonal skills, able to work cross-functionally and at all levels in a team-oriented environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint
Excellent decision-making, critical thinking, problem solving and leadership capabilities.
Exceptional verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
Conflict resolution experience.
Experience achieving shared objectives in a matrix organization.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Education Bachelor's required.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or PMP certification preferred.
