Job Description
As a key member of the transformation team, the Senior Director of Health Hubs Strategy will play a critical role in defining the future state of Health Hubs as we scale this concept nationwide. Responsibilities will include defining the future value proposition and multi-year vision and roadmap. This work will also include identifying key strategic partnerships required to realize this vision, and honing the provider engagement strategy.

Finally, this role includes defining the digital/technology support required to optimize member engagement. These activities will be achieved via collaboration with matrixed teams from across the Enterprise, and/or external partners.

The Senior Director role will require significant executive presence and presentation delivery skills, and the ability to make connections across disciplines and levels of seniority. You will often be tasked with facilitating senior executive discussion to secure alignment. The Senior Director of Health Hubs strategy will report directly to the VP of Health Hubs strategy, and will work closely with executives from other functions and externally. This leader is an executive with the proven ability to operate strategically and execute within complex organizations through strong communication, analytical and process skills.

Required Qualifications
* 10+ years of work experience, with strong preferences for some combination of:
Management consulting experience focused on healthcare strategy
In-house management consulting/partnership/business development experience within healthcare
* History of leading complex projects involving multiple matrixed workgroups across a large endeavor/organization
* Experience evaluating external partners/providers, contracting with them, monitoring performance and reviewing/adjusting as needed

Preferred Qualifications
- Masters/Advanced Degree (MBA/MPH/other)
* Strong communicator, both verbal and written, with executive presence and the ability to influence across functions and at all levels of an organization
* Ability to provide vision to large teams to guide multi-month fast-paced projects, establish key milestones driven by market/enterprise need, and direct teams on how to approach key initiatives, including identifying relevant data sources and subject matter experts
* Ability to build strong relationships with peers and senior executives including the capacity to "see around corner" to unlock potential roadblocks
* Demonstrated organized, detail-oriented, and structured thinking and execution, with the ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously and adjust priorities as needed in order to meet deadlines, demonstrating a high level of independent judgment and proactivity
