We believe the role of Customer Service Supervisor will present you with such an opportunity, as you will maintain workflow in the department, monitor productivity and performance, and ensure that we are delivering exceptional customer service.

Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday 1pm - 11:30pm. Flexibility is needed.

In this role, you will:
* Implement pharmacy objectives as determined by the pharmacy supervisory team.
* Supervise pharmacy technicians using the proper procedures to complete all daily assignments.
* Work with Senior Technicians to oversee the daily production of assigned function including data entry and/or customer service.
* Understand all front end processes and systems in order to troubleshoot and assist in workflow if needed.
* Provides regular and timely feedback to colleagues regarding their performance by utilizing department metrics and productivity levels.
* Build and implement training plans for the team. Collaborate with field training team as needed.
* Conduct performance reviews, assist in individual development plans, and recognize your team.
* Interview and make hiring decisions for staff additions and promotions.
* Communicate company initiatives, expectations, and policies.
* Ensure that department forms and other supplies are replenished as needed.
* Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
* Comply with local, state, and federal laws, regulations, and policies.

Required Qualifications
* Leadership or management experience required.
* Must obtain pharmacy technician license in IL prior to starting work.
* Must be able to work mornings, afternoons, nights, weekends, and holidays if business needs permit.

Preferred Qualifications
* Pharmacy technician experience in long term care pharmacy setting preferred

High School Diploma or GED required.
