Job Description Responsible for designing and developing full life-cycle object oriented software, specifically analysis and design of the Loyalty and Personalization application specifications. Documentation of software user requirements, development of programming using J2EE technologies, particularly Campaign Management Tool and object-oriented databases (OODBMS), testing and implementation with Teradata platform and tools.
Function in the role of 'System Matter Expert' for Customer Segmentation and Offer Optimization functionality of the Teradata Customer Interaction (CIM) Tool. Work closely with Loyalty & Personalization, Store & Marketing Operations, Digital and Rx Operations business and technical teams to deliver functionality and value to the Loyalty and Personalization program.
Evaluate package solutions and participate in selection of solutions to meet business needs and architecture standards. Design and implement technical solutions to business functional requirements by leveraging backend frameworks (e.g. Spring, Hibernate and Struts MVC) and front-end frameworks (e.g. Angular JS, HTML5 and CSS) to support enterprise level Personalization initiatives. Design and develop API's to support Customers via multiple channels. Communicate technical material to a non-technical business audience.
Develop and maintain application architecture models and define transition steps from the current to the future application architecture, including compatibility with existing application migration strategies. Work closely with the Loyalty & Personalization Program Management and Business Analysts to ensure that requirements are fully understood and documented in order to deliver quality design deliverables.
Work closely with QA and Operations to ensure smooth QA and deployment of applications. Plan and coordinate Capacity Planning exercises & application performance tuning/improvements.

Education A Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 6 years of experience. Please see required qualifications.
