Job Description

Program/Project Manager II

Term/ Length of Contract: One (1) year base period with Four (4) year periods to follow.

Location: Program Manager will be able to work off-site with occational travel to the Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and additional Naval bases as needed.

Schedule: Part-Time, Maximum 470 hours per year.

Job Requirements


  • Active SECRET Clearance (required)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Marine Engineering from an accredited college or university by the American Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET approved)
  • Ten (10) years of experience in project management
  • Five (5) years of experience in engineering
  • Five (5) years of experience in logistics and engineering projects involving development and management of submarine sail and towed antenna systems
  • Experience in the following: system analysis, and test and evaluation of submarine sail and towed antenna systems
