Description: This position is responsible for the timely and accurate processing of HR record management activities within company policy, and in adherence to Federal and State regulations. The position works directly with multiple HR records vendors making sure processes and instructions are being carried out as contracted or agreed upon. The HR Records Support Coordinator analyzes and resolves HR Operations issues from associates, managers, and Human Resource professionals. In this role you will be working in a centralized Human Resources department with access to sensitive information including PII; it will be essential to maintain the highest level of discretion, confidentiality and security of employee data.


Fundamental Components:
  • Demonstrates problem solving skills by analyzing and resolving complex HR related issues for employees, managers, and Human Resources professionals
  • Research Federal and State guidelines for retained documents and retention period and obtain CVS legal departments approval
  • Displays excellent verbal and written communication skills by communicating issues, and coordinating activities with various internal constituents to ensure appropriate processing
  • Prioritizes workload based on internal operational, regulatory, and processing deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and maintain accuracy and production standards
  • Trains users in XTCM, Papervision, Access; educate and work with internal departments to disposition physical employee files
  • Tracks and maintains HR Records budget; partners with Xerox for change requests, anticipated monthly transaction volumes and monthly invoicing
Background Experience:
  • 2-4 years' experience in a production environment, office experience preferred
  • HR business experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
