As a Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Proactively assist in the management of several clients, while reporting to Managers and above
Train and lead staff
Establish effective working relationships directly with clients
Contribute to the development of your own and team's technical acumen
Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues
Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients
Continue to develop internal relationships and your PwC brand

Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success as a tax technical team leader generating new business, proposal writing and delivery, collaborating across engagements and business units. Identifying opportunities to provide additional services with experience utilizing a CRM system in a professional services firm to network, develop relationships and sell additional/new services.
Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success in a professional services environment utilizing automation & digitization in a professional services environment, including but not limited to:
Innovating through new and existing technologies, along with experimenting with digitization solutions;
Working with large, complex data sets to build models and leveraging data visualization tools to provide insights to clients;
Transforming the business by creating capacity and delivering an enhanced employee and client experience; and,
Demonstrating proven experience with evaluating and negotiating new and existing contracts, as well as leveraging pricing tools to contribute to pricing strategies.
Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success managing small to mid-size project teams in a collaborative and fast-paced environment:
Developing work plans for a project component, understanding dependencies, maintaining project economics and keeping leadership informed of progress and issues;
Participating in client discussions and meetings actively;
Identifying skills and resources needed for timely and quality deliverables while maintaining flexibility for unanticipated issues;
Articulating complex issues and structuring clear and concise written documents, adjusting style and level of detail depending on audience; and,
Anticipating and addressing client needs while building and expanding relationships with clients.
Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader including managing, coaching and mentoring less experienced team members, monitoring team workload and respecting work-life quality, providing candid, meaningful feedback in a timely manner, soliciting upward feedback from team members, and promoting a collaborative work environment while meeting client expectations.
Demonstrates thorough knowledge and/or a proven record of success in the HR/talent management function including: organizational design, human resources effectiveness, leadership development, performance management, employee experience, organizational culture, workforce planning and analytics, talent assessment and succession planning.
Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success in designing and delivering consulting solutions in the areas of organizational culture, HR, learning and development, analytics and forecasting/modeling. Comprehensive knowledge of approaches for managing and nurturing client relationships, developing professional network and writing client proposals.
