Reporting to an IBS Program Manager, the PM Specialist is responsible to drive the metrics of the Project, understand the end to end delivery of transformation Projects (Technology, Migrations, etc.).

The individual in this role will be a Project Management Professional (PMP certification would be Nice to have) and will own the reporting of the metrics of the project, milestone tracking, budget tracking, maintenance of RAID log, 4 Box report for the Project Manager. Additionally, this individual should also possess good presentation skills to own reports presented to teh Senior Leadership. Knowledge of MS Exel, powerpoint, Project Planning are a must. MSPO knowledge will be a value add. The individual must possess excellent communication skills and should be able to drive effective discussions with project teams to ensure timely reporting.

This individual should also possess innovation skills and contribute to the PM Capability building through automation of tools and provide inputs on enhancing the Project Management Methodology. Should possess the ability to engage with and influence Project teams to ensure timely metrics reporting while balancing the competing deadlines. Highly organized, innovative with the ability to foresee and manage potential process hurdles will set this individual up for success.

  • PMO for Mgrations,Transformation, Technology or Continuous Improvement initiatives. Good Team Player with strong co-ordination/analytical/presentation skills. Should have a good understanding of the project and the governa

  • Own the Project reporting metrics not limited to creating and maintaining Project PLans, milestone tracking, budget tracking, maintenance of RAID log, 4 Box report for the Project Manager.

  • Owna and Manage reports presented to the Senior Leadership on a monthly/quarterly basis.

  • Support the PM and the Project team for SOW/PO activities and regular accruals and mnage TG Trackers for the Toll Gate Methodology across all phases of the project and associated project management / governance standards

  • Project Health: Own Scorecards, Status Rpt, Monthly Review Meetings and Steerco meeting preparations including blocking calendars in advance.

  • Project Pacing/Spend; LE/Forecasting. Support the financial tracking and milestone tracking during a Project Lifecycle.

  • Support the PM Capability through innovation and automation by generating ideas through learnings from existing project.

  • Project Tools ownership: workplan, RAID log, project charter, tollgate tracker, SharePoint, RACI, etc.

  • Independantly run small sized projects, regional/local

Career Experiences:

  • Bachelor degree: Business, Finance/Accounting, IT or related field. MBA/MS degree preferred. PMP/IL6S qualifications desired
  • 3 years relevant experience in PMO space, preferably with Shared Service experience (ie Operations, Migrations, Transformations, Continuous Improvement) of IT
  • Willing to Travel (approx 10%)
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written with strong relational skills (English)
