Job Description
The Senior Consultant of the PBM Process Innovation team is a vital contributor to the Process Innovation Services division and broader PBM business. You will have the opportunity to leverage your analytical skills and logic to analyze the business, solve problems and present recommendations to senior leadership in order to drive new operational initiatives, which will have a profound impact on the future direction of the company.

As a Senior consultant you will support the planning, design, and management of pilot programs that promote operational efficiencies and process improvements.

You will engage cross-functionally across the organization to design solutions, develop test and implementation plans, drive results, and resolve issues encountered by the team; including using your ability to assess and course-correct as necessary.

Prepare material and presentations for the business in a way that adds value, is easily understood by others who may not have the same background or expertise and improves the operational efficiency of the business.

Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience required, including 2+ years of consulting or related marketing, communications, or analyst experience in an operational environment
* Proven ability to prepare materials and presentations with a high degree of accuracy under tight deadlines
* Superior logic and problem solving skills
* Demonstrated success dealing with ambiguity or uncertainty and ability to learn on the fly to understand and solve new problems
* Ability to communicate effectively in a manner that is clear, logical and consistent both verbally and written

Preferred Qualifications
Previous PBM Pharmacy Benefits Management experience

Bachelor Degree. WIll consider a combination of education and relevant work experience.
