Responsible for Store Action Inquiry Line (SAIL) providing complete and thorough communications concerning store orders, deliveries, claims and shortages and any other problems relating to store deliveries. Responsible for creating and maintaining spreadsheet reports relating to billings, claims, shortages, delivery inquiries, weekly recaps, etc. Communicates with facilities personnel, other Company departments, and outside representatives to resolve issues and discrepancies regarding reports, deliveries, scheduling, and any other problems or questions that arise.
Maintains reports related to store orders including cost, retail prices, item information, delivery inquiries data, billing unit type, and billing quantity. Reviews and researches information contained in related reports.
Provides department support on various projects and related tasks, to include, formatting and creating Excel files, responding to claims requests, tracking ad type/items over multiple ad dates, conducting analysis, reviewing reports for accuracy.
Participates in special projects as needed. Provides suggestions for process and procedure improvement to identify and minimize inventory loss.
Accurately documents and summarizes interactions with internal customers for tracking and reporting purposes.
Supports distribution center management by coordinating meetings, organizing data and files.
Notifies stores of any scheduling changes or delays in deliveries. Responds to store inquiries regarding order status, deliveries, claims, shortages and any other problems relating to store deliveries and schedules. Maintains communication with district and store manager to resolve any issues with SAIL.
Performs general administrative tasks, to include, but not limited to, sorting and routing mail, printing and running reports, organizing and creating systems for office files, document preparation (e.g. scanning, organizing, printing, copying), sending out items to be imaged.
