It all begins with you. Enterprise Finance drives financial management for the company and maintains and enhances risk and financial controls. Key functions within Enterprise Finance include finance and accounting; Treasury; corporate development, mergers, and acquisitions; Data Management and Insights, the Customer Remediation Center of Excellence, Enterprise Shared Services, Business Process Management, and Corporate Strategy. Enterprise Finance informs shareholders, regulators, taxing authorities, team members, and leaders of the company's financial performance through earnings releases, investor meetings and conferences, and meetings with regulators and credit rating agencies, following appropriate reporting guidelines. They also maintain and enhance risk and financial controls and lead many of the company's shared services functions including corporate properties, security, and global services. The Customer Remediation Center of Excellence (CRC) organization is an enterprise function. This organization develops and implements consistent enterprise standards for remediating customer issues across the Wells Fargo enterprise. The organization enables more effective and coordinated monitoring, reporting and stakeholder communications. Enhancing our practices and outcomes for customers is a critical part of building a better Wells Fargo. The Third Party Oversight Team is responsible for management of Service Providers in support of the Customer Remediation Center of Excellence. They are expected to ensure vendor effectiveness to meet remediation requirements, such as data standards, performance measurement and reporting as well as onsite quality supervision methodology. A core component will be ensuring Wells Fargo engages and leverages the optimal vendor based on the work needed in full alignment with defined Wells Fargo Enterprise processes. This includes ensuring vendors perform their services in accordance with the SCM contract, manage to BAU expectations that ensure compliance with the Enterprise 3rd Party Provider policy, ensure that Wells Fargo only compensates the providers for actual services rendered in that particular service/invoicing period, and that each of these engagements are optimized in the context of risk management and performance best practices. Key responsibilities include:
Working with senior leaders across COE Remediation to understand business requirements that drive needs to engage with Third Party Service Providers.
Build relationships with internal and external partners to ensure proper prioritization of vendor efforts and escalating where appropriate.
Working with leaders across COE Remediation to understand business requirements that drive needs to engage with Third Party Service Providers.
Collaborate with Supply Chain Management to source and onboard vendors on behalf of the Customer Remediation team. Provide oversight of the vendor through the vendor lifecycle to ensure appropriate controls are in place to meet Wells Fargo compliance and standards. Champion improvements, standards and consistency among vendor processes.
Collaborate with Supply Chain to complete RFP process, select and onboard vendors
Build service level agreements and Vendor oversight plans
Ensure vendor procedures and controls are in place
Ensure Wells Fargo is following all Third Party Risk Management protocol, TRIMS and compliance assessments required
Track and report vendor performance measures for applicable KPIs, SLAS and document for use within COE, WF Enterprise and in support of Governance and Regulatory interactions needed.
Establish regular cadence with COE Stakeholders, SCM and vendors to review relationship and performance. Ensure we identify and correct any service deficiencies.
Work with internal partners to complete onsite reviews. Document and manager any corrective action plans.
Ensure Retention and BCP plans are in place for service providers
Ensure vendor remediation deadlines are meeting COE and Corporate standards/protocols
6+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: project management, implementation, or strategic planning
Superior project management skills including the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to facilitate team meetings or present information to an audience
Ability to present to multiple levels of management
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
Ability to consult, build, and maintain solid working relationships in and outside of immediate department
Other Desired Qualifications
Experience with 3rd party vendor management
3+ years of experience in a Strategic Consulting function focused on improving and executing key business processes
Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
