Enterprise Finance drives financial management for the company and maintains and enhances risk and financial controls. Key functions within Enterprise Finance include finance and accounting; Treasury; corporate development, mergers, and acquisitions; Data Management and Insights, the Customer Remediation Center of Excellence, Enterprise Shared Services, Business Process Management, and Corporate Strategy. Enterprise Finance informs shareholders, regulators, taxing authorities, team members, and leaders of the company's financial performance through earnings releases, investor meetings and conferences, and meetings with regulators and credit rating agencies, following appropriate reporting guidelines. They also maintain and enhance risk and financial controls and lead many of the company's shared services functions including corporate properties, security, and global services.
The Corporate Properties Group (CPG) manages Wells Fargo's corporate real estate portfolio of over 9,300 locations in 35 countries and territories. Our customers are primarily the Team Members, contract staff and other personnel that work in our retail stores and administrative buildings; we also work directly with external customers, business, and community partners.
This role will reside in the Portfolio Efficiency and Standards group, which has responsibility for integrated building standards, knowledge management, and operational support specific to the accountable areas of property management, construction management, sustainability, and physical security services.
This position will be responsible for leading small-scale business initiatives with cross-organizational impacts involving cross functional, virtual teams. Provides initiative leadership to operationalize, strategize, plan and execute a variety of efforts, services and initiatives focused on efficiency, effectiveness and experience related to operational components of property management, construction management, sustainability, and physical security services. Provides initiative leadership to through other managers and analysts leveraging relationships with functional business partners to drive integration and implementation. Recognizes (and may identify for others outside the area of responsibility) the significance of competing priorities and strategies, and adjusts as necessary. Develops metrics to track and evaluate performance of programs, services and initiatives. Ensures proper initiative management and implementation structure is followed, including use of all content, training and delivery tools. Ensures all work efforts adhere to appropriate policies and regulations demonstrating the ability to identify, manage, and mitigate potential risks when implementing change. Anchors any formulated initiative to process and control points, where they exist.
Specific assignments will include
  • Drive internally and in partnership with other groups to optimize operational procedures and processes creating capacity and efficiency
  • Establish and drive consistency in payment channel; including partnering with management to stabilize implemented guidelines and policies
  • Determine, build, and implement health checks to keep vendor engagement and payment channels in compliance
  • Lead implementation when a category manager is not assigned
Act as change adjunct to support effective implementation of multiple efforts coming at field teams from various sources

Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: project management, implementation, or strategic planning

Job Expectations
