The Military Supervisor-in-Training (MSiT) program is a 52-week training program geared toward giving junior military leaders (E-4 and above) training into our operations environment. This program will equip the trainee with the required skills, judgement, and know-how of being an effective and responsible leader in a manufacturing environment. Upon completion of the program, you will have the opportunity to be promoted into a full time Production Supervisor role at any of our 40+ manufacturing locations nationwide.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); required.
  • Bachelor's degree; preferred.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of military experience with a rank of E-4 or above, required.
  • Actively transitioning from the U.S. Military, or transitioned no more than one year prior to program start date (or in active reserve or guard status).
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem solving skills.
  • Good planning and priority setting skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships.
  • May be required to work long hours and weekends.
  • Must be able to travel up to 20%.
  • Ability to work well with others in fast paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to be respectful, approachable and team oriented while building strong working relationships and a positive work environment.
